SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - 6 Months
RED is seeking three experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for an international airline client. This is a 6-month project with immediate start and potential for extension.
Start Date: ASAP
Key Details:
- 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.)
- Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors within Spain, Portugal, or Romania
- Strong configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with client workshops, gap analysis, and aligning workflows with business needs
- English-speaking only
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules
- Collaborate with clients to meet requirements and resolve issues
- Support end-user training and best practice guidance
