RED is searching for a freelance SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management expert to join one of its clients' teams and assist in the technical development of their Talent Management solution.

- 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management consultant
- Development of new features to meet the growing demands of the organization.
- Implementation of innovative solutions to anticipate the future needs of their users.
- Optimization of existing processes to improve efficiency and performance. Configuration
- Certifications: PMGM; Succession Planning; Career Development Planning is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and Polish
