Job Title: SAP ABAP CRM Developer

Location: Remote
Employment Type: 6 month Contract

Are you an experienced SAP ABAP CRM Developer with a strong background in CRM technical solutions and a passion for innovation? We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. If you have hands-on experience with SAP CRM, ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Web UI development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using SAP CRM with a focus on ABAP and Web UI.
• Enhance and customize standard SAP CRM screens using AET (Application Enhancement Tool), add custom views, popups, and perform dynamic/static UI rendering with BSP Web Dynpro.
• Implement ABAP Object-Oriented programming techniques and leverage the One Order framework for order management processes.
• Work with BOL/GENIL programming for Business Object Layer development and perform CRUD operations for business objects and queries.
• Contribute to the SAP CRM 7.0 component design, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Engage in web services programming using SOAP and middleware PO (Process Orchestration).
• Utilize Business Rule Framework (BRF) to handle events and execute logic using SAP Function Modules (FMs).
• Implement and configure SAP CRM One Order Framework and Post Processing Framework (PPF), including actions, conditions, and ODI steps.
• Configure contract replication to S/4 HANA and work with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), including integration with third-party systems.
• Work with Order Distribution Infrastructure (ODI) to design and configure order management steps.
• Optimize performance of SAP CRM applications and provide continuous enhancements to system performance.
• Collaborate closely with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment (experience with SAFE Agile methodology is a plus).
• Create and manage SAP transport requests using Charm tool.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP CRM technical development, with strong expertise in ABAP and Web UI.
• Proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and familiarity with design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM One Order framework and Post Processing Framework (PPF).
• Expertise in BOL/GENIL programming and Business Objects Layer (BOL) entity management.
• Strong experience with AET for screen enhancements and BSP Web Dynpro for UI development.
• Familiarity with SOAP web services and PO middleware for integration.
• Experience with BRF events programming, performance tuning, and contract replication to S/4 Hana.
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC) experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, particularly within a SAFE Agile framework.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Order Distribution Infrastructure (ODI) framework.
• Experience with SAP Charm tool for transport request management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
