Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead Consultant with expertise in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) to join a prominent pharmaceutical company in Utrecht. In this position, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring that financial processes meet business goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and effective project management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial requirements, converting them into effective SAP solutions.
- Customize SAP FICO modules to align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and suggest innovative solutions to boost efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and system updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a proven history of leading implementations.
- Extensive understanding of SAP FICO modules; experience with integration to other modules (e.g., MM, SD) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in financial processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and manage stakeholder relationships.
