Job Description
As a Freelance SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing SAP projects at a leading company in the energy sector. You will play a crucial role in optimising business processes and implementing innovative solutions that contribute to the organisation's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including management, IT teams, and external suppliers, to align project goals and manage expectations.
- Manage the project budget, including cost estimates and financial reporting.
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks to ensure the continuity and quality of deliverables.
- Inspire and motivate project teams, ensuring optimal collaboration and communication within the team.
- Ensure thorough documentation of project plans, progress reports, and evaluations.
Requirements
- Completed higher vocational or university education, preferably in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science).
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP implementations and optimisation's.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the energy sector is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
